The course can be followed independently, from any location and at any time, through a dedicated online platform. A flexible solution, ideal for balancing learning with professional commitments.
The platform includes thematic forums for each training module, where users can interact with one another, creating real “virtual classrooms.” Users can also communicate with the tutor through the internal chat system and by email.

Each worker must attend the training course before being assigned to their tasks or, if not possible, at the beginning of their work activity.
The training program provides:

general concepts regarding workplace health and safety;

specific knowledge about risks associated with job duties;

preventive and protective measures and procedures relevant to the company’s sector.
Obblighi e sanzioni per il datore di lavoro / Employer’s Obligations and Penalties
Il datore di lavoro è tenuto a fornirla a proprie spese e durante l’orario di lavoro.
In caso di mancata formazione, sono previste sanzioni: arresto da 2 a 4 mesi oppure ammenda da 1.315,00 € a 5.699,20 €.
All workers must attend training and information courses on workplace risks (general and specific).
The employer is required to provide this training at their own expense and during working hours.
Failure to comply may result in penalties: imprisonment from 2 to 4 months or a fine ranging from €1,315.00 to €5,699.20.

The goal is to inform and train workers on both general and specific principles of workplace health and safety.
Strategia formativa e metodologia didattica / Training Strategy and Didactic Methodology
Asynchronous e-learning allows access to content at any time, adapting to each learner’s individual pace and schedule.
The didactic methodology is based on single-topic video lessons. Each lesson covers one subject and requires user interaction (the learner must confirm their presence on the platform). Multiple lessons on the same subject form a complete learning unit.
Verifica e valutazione / Assessment and Evaluation

Modalità e criteri di verifica dell'apprendimento: test intermedi e un test finale.

Modalità di verifica della qualità formativa: questionario di soddisfazione, volto a valutare la qualità dell’insegnamento e degli strumenti didattici.

Valutazione finale: per accedere al test di valutazione e conseguire l’attestato è obbligatoria la frequenza del 90% del monte ore previsto.
- Learning assessment criteria: intermediate tests and a final test.

Quality assurance: satisfaction questionnaire evaluating teaching quality and learning tools.

Final evaluation: attendance of at least 90% of the total course hours is required to access the final test and obtain the certificate.

L’attestato viene inviato via e-mail dopo la verifica del superamento del corso.
The certificate will be sent by email after successfully completing the course.
